The actual employer remains responsible for employment contracts, wages, workplace safety, statutory benefits, work authorisation and other duties imposed by applicable law. Nurai Connect provides a discovery and communication service unless a particular additional managed service expressly states otherwise. An employer must not assume that paying a platform fee transfers employment obligations to Nurai Connect.
