Go to the signup page and choose "I'm hiring." You'll pick what kind of organization you are (business, sole trader, agency, government, or non-profit) and verify your email before your account is created.
New employer accounts start unverified. Some job types (like casual and part-time roles) are only available to verified employers - see the "Verify employer" article for what that means.
